It promotes the growth of an experimental, creative, and learning environment. The trait of creative leaders is humility.
Because of his talent and abilities, Kevin Chou, the CEO and co-founder of Kabam, a company that makes massively multiplayer video games, gave his Senior Vice President a standing ovation. It appears that the SVP was a playwright as well, and Kevin happened to attend one of his highly anticipated performances. Seems incongruous with itself? It does, in fact. However, you must also accept that you are disposable and that you are important if you want to be an effective leader.

Most workers in firms follow the principle that “the boss is always right.” The leaders act authoritatively and acknowledge this as true as a result of their belief. On the other hand, humility might help you trust your intuition and test your theories to see whether you are right.
