It promotes the growth of an experimental, creative, and learning environment. The trait of creative leaders is humility.
Because of his talent and abilities, Kevin Chou, the CEO and co-founder of Kabam, a company that makes massively multiplayer video games, gave his Senior Vice President a standing ovation. It appears that the SVP was a playwright as well, and Kevin happened to attend one of his highly anticipated performances.
